摘要 滚珠丝杠作为一种传动元件,在机械制造中广泛应用。本文主要研究了滚珠丝杠的工艺,包括滚珠丝杠的加工流程、工艺参数的选择以及加工质量的控制等方面。 通过对滚珠丝杠的加工流程的分析,确定了滚珠丝杠的加工顺序,包括车削、镗孔、铣槽、滚珠道加工等步骤。在加工过程中,关键环节是滚珠道加工,需要选用合适的刀具、切削参数以及加工方式,保证滚珠道的精度和表面质量。 在工艺参数的选择方面,本文从切削速度、进给速度、切削深度和切削力等方面进行了分析。通过试验和实践,得出了合理的工艺参数范围,以保证加工质量和生产效率的平衡。 最后,本文还介绍了滚珠丝杠加工质量的控制方法,包括加工过程中的检测和修正、滚珠丝杠的检测方法以及质量控制标准等方面。 关键词:滚珠丝杠;工艺;工艺参数;加工质量;控制方法 Abstract As a transmission element, ball screw is widely used in mechanical manufacturing. This paper mainly studies the process of ball screw, including the processing flow of ball screw, the selection of process parameters, and the control of processing quality. Through the analysis of the processing flow of ball screw, the processing sequence of ball screw is determined, including turning, boring, milling groove, ball path processing and other steps. In the process of processing, the key link is ball path processing, which requires the selection of suitable tools, cutting parameters and processing methods to ensure the accuracy and surface quality of ball path. In terms of the selection of process parameters, this paper analyzes the cutting speed, feed speed, cutting depth and cutting force from various aspects. Through experiments and practices, a reasonable range of process parameters is obtained to ensure the balance between processing quality and production efficiency. Finally, this paper also introduces the control method of ball screw processing quality, including the detection and correction during the processing, the detection method of ball screw, and the quality control standard.
